I am asked daily how do I have time to eat healthy and workout?

My three passions in life are Fitness, Food and Music!

So I have created this blog to inspire anyone who is keen on adopting a healthier and more active lifestyle whilst on a the go!

I work full time and have a demanding job which takes up a lot of my time which is mainly spent on the road. Eating whilst commuting has its challenges and I’ve learnt how to deal with them. I now don’t dash into the nearest bakery for a roll and crisps at lunch time, I don’t even settle for the beige buffet at conferences! I take my tupperware everywhere, and I know exactly what i’m eating, and know it is healthy and nutritious. It has also saved me a lot of money taking my lunch to work, so if I can help you guys do this too then that would be amazing!

I am not a personal trainer or a nutritionist but I am very passionate about health, nutrition and fitness.  I have learnt a lot through reading, research and listening to some fantastic advice from personal trainers over the years, who have enabled me to become a better version of me.

The information I share on girl-vs-tupperware will either be research or my own views and opinions which I have had experience with. My posts will always be honest and true to my own values and beliefs.
